This page is very important for the youth to use to stay healthy and fit. Eating the correct foods and staying away from many types of junk food can keep our youth much healthier. NAN wants to show all of the evidence to the youth and then they can make their own decisions and choose their own roads.

To be a great athlete and to live a long, happy, strong life it is smart to stay away from the many toxins that can hurt our bodies all the time. The youth are the future and we should be smart about the choices we make when it comes to these three heavy topics. In these pages we will display different drugs and the effects of each drug. We will also have what alcohol and smoking does to the bodies. NAN hopes to bring some information to the youth so they can see the effects of many of the toxins that many people abuse on a daily bases. Life is so important that we have to get the message to our youth that they are so important to the future.
